The Ontario Rural Council (TORC) hosted Economies in Transition: Leveraging Cultural Assets for Prosperity, a three-location Forum series across the province. The agenda for these one-day events included tools, resources, best practices and approaches to assist communities/municipalities in their cultural planning initiatives.  Forums were held in:

  • Brockville, ON: Monday Nov. 17, 2008, Brockville Arts Centre
  • Chatham, ON:  Thursday Nov. 27, 2008, Retro Suites Hotel
  • South River, ON:  Thursday, March 26, 2009
